All content (including photos and all data contained or appended to the computer file of such photos) that you submit may be used and shared with authorized third-parties in rusize's sole discretion. rusize reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on this Site that rusize deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms of Use. rusize does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any content you have submitted. You acknowledge that you, not rusize , are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of rusize and/or any of its partners, third party service providers, and suppliers, and/or any of the respective members, managers, directors, officers and employees of any of the foregoing.

International Users

We maintain our Site from our corporate offices in Santa Ana and we make no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access our Site from locations outside of the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The information on our Site is intended only for use and access by persons residing in the United States and its territories. You may not use our Site in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.

Insider Perks Program

Through the Site or otherwise, you may enroll in our Insider Perks Program (“Insider Perks” or the “Program”) to earn benefits as well as to have access to exclusive offers, events, and contests which may be offered by us from time to time. The Program is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Insider Perks is available to legal residents of the United States where Duosta has made the Program available, and who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. The Program requires you to provide your first and last name, your phone number, and email address to enroll. Additional Program benefits may require further information such as mailing address and birthday information, all of which you may provide at your discretion. Additional Insider Perks benefits are available to rusize credit card holders and require you to apply and be approved for the rusize credit card. Current rusize credit cardholders agree to be automatically enrolled into the Program as part of the rusize credit card agreement by and between the cardholder and Synchrony Financial.

Insider Perks members receive members-only offers such as a “Welcome Offer” and yearly “Birthday Bonus” offer, receiptless returns on all purchases, insider access to new items and markdowns, and special communications. rusize credit cardholders have access to additional benefits as cardholders, as laid out in the credit card terms and conditions found at www.rusize.com

A “Welcome Offer” for Insider Perks members will be emailed to you after your member profile is completed and/or updated with your first and last name, phone number, and email address. Members who have a completed profile with their last and first name, phone number, email address, and birth month and day will receive a “Birthday Bonus” offer each year during their birth month. The offer will be emailed to you. The offer is valid at an rusize store and is subject to any terms and conditions set forth on the offer. In order to be eligible to receive your Insider Perks Birthday Bonus offer you must provide your birth month and day at least thirty (30) days prior to your birth month.

Insider Perks members have access to make returns on purchases without presenting a receipt or the payment card used for purchase. In order to have access to the Receiptless Returns benefit, your account must be identified at the time of purchase. You will be required to provide your telephone number at the point of checkout. If you do not know your telephone number, we can look up your account using your email. Providing your email or phone number at the time of checkout for purposes of either checking to see if you have an account, identifying your account, or setting up a new account is voluntary, and it is not being recorded as part of a credit card transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Dallas, Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
