Return Policy

Shopping should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

A few items can’t be returned, including:

Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Gift cards

Personalized items

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)

Ready to start a return?

1.Choose the item(s) you'd like to return.

2.Print and attach your return label.

3.Ship your item(s) back for a refund.

What about the return charges ?
1.  We will bear the return freight ,the situation is as follows:
  • Our products are damaged or stained .
  • We sent you the wrong design or size.
2. The buyer will bear the return shipping costs,the situation is as follows:
  • The buyer himself chose the wrong size and placed the wrong order.
  • The buyer no longer wants it after receiving it for personal reasons.

When your appliance arrives, please take the following steps:

1) Check the box for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the clothes.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once your clothes are washed, it can’t be returned.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

You have until January 31 to return items purchased between November 1 and December 31.
